Just finished barefoot -- and let the children madly run thru the house whilst doing it. Loved it of course. But what about beautiful Melanie? Doesn't she deserve better? Please will there be a sequel (or whatever it is in book-land)? Thank you for the great and soulful read!

OK - I am also a fan - but have been sorely disappointed in the endings to these books. I have read three, have another ready to go, but not sure I can take another drab, boring ending. I do love the stories themselves, being from Massachusetts myself, and enjoying the cape every summer. Am I the only one feeling like I have been left high and dry with each ending?

Elin- I pinged you several days ago but somehow it disappeared. I love your books so much. I am on my third. You should be a best selling author as your stories are so realistic and engaging. Love to read your books - I AM HOOKED!!! I was traveling a few months ago and always need to take a good read. My sister had just finished A Summer Affair and told me I would love it. Needless to say I did. Then I purchased Barfoot and now I am hooked. I put all your books I haven't read yet on my Christmas list and got them all - yahoo! I am now reading Summer People and can't put it down (as usual haha)!!! You have a way of roping me in and I love it! I have been traveling to Nantucket since I was a little girl. I love to read your stories as you make me feel like I am on Nantucket; it brings back so many wonderful memories - makes me "can't wait until summer!" Thanks for all the laughs and the tears!!

Hi, I just finished Blut Bistro and loved it so much! I have also read Beach Club and loved it, too. Does the character, Fiona, appear in any other books than the Blue Bistro?

I just read Barefoot and I loved it so much, I cried some many times while reading it. As soon as I was done, I had to read a Summer Affair, I was on vacation and it just came out, and I ran to get it, I loved it too. Your books are so wonderful. I really enjoyed reading them.
